We work closely with you to review preliminary broker and lender disclosures, and we collaborate with your title insurers and bank to make sure funding of your transaction is not unnecessarily delayed. When all preliminary matters have been addressed, our office will schedule and attend the bank closing with you. We will review the documents carefully with you to ensure you understand what you are signing, and we will answer your questions thoroughly to prevent unnecessary surprises after the loan has funded. We have on occasion adjourned bank closings when critical terms in loan documents were missing or closing costs were different then what the borrower expected. We recognize that obtaining a loan is a significant financial investment and tremendous responsibility, and we strive to ensure that all documents are prepared to the borrower's satisfaction before the borrower agrees to sign on the dotted line.
